Evelyn Grace Tidwell Stutts passed away peacefully in her home in Midway, Georgia on the morning of April 24th 2017 at the age of 88.

She was a loving mother who spent her life building a home for four children and supporting her serviceman husband, Wesley Stutts, who she leaves behind.

A longtime resident of her childhood home of Sikeston, Missouri, she was a member of the local American Legion post 114 and a lifetime member of the local VFW Post 3174.

She was born to Hayes and Selma Downing Tidwell on December 6, 1928. She is survived by her daughter Theresa Ann Stutts-Brown and son-in-law Donald L. Brown and her son Shawn Stutts and daughter-in-law Nicol Contino Stutts. She had brother Walter Carlos Tidwell, and two sons Gary Eugene and Anthony Eugene who preceded her in death. She leaves four great grandchildren; Wesley James Contino, Ian Carter Stutts, Connor Ryan Stutts, and Grace Harper Stutts of Lewisville, Texas.
