Stanley B. Jackson

January 28, 2014 - Leave a Condolence

Stanley B. Jackson, age 57, of Savannah, passed away January 28th, 2014 at home.

Stanley received his Spiritual Education under the leadership of the Reverend Doctor L.E. Aikens and was an active participant of Youth Ministries in his childhood. He attended Savannah State College. He was a Jack-of-all-Trades, working in various capacities in the community.

He leaves to mourn: his father, Deacon Richard Jackson; brother, the Reverend Doctor Barry D. Jackson, Sr. (Addie); sister, Stacey N. King (Ali); BJ, Kelton, Karen and other family members.

Visitation will be Friday from 7:00-8:00 PM at Families First Funeral Care. Funeral Services: Saturday at 11:00 AM from St. Luke Baptist Church. Interment will follow in Magnolia Memorial Park.

Kenna L. Smiley

January 15, 2014 - Leave a Condolence

Kenna Lea Wilson Smiley passed away January 15, 2014 after a brief illness.

"Leapole", as she was lovingly known by her sisters, was preceded in death by

her parents Walter & Grovene Wilson.

Survivors include her sons and their wives; Richard & Belinda and Kevin & April;

3 grandchildren, Joshua, Shelby and Treavor. Also her sisters; Kathy Henderson,

Kitty Hubbs, Kay Carpenter, Kollene Pscholka and Kimberly Arledge, and always her friend John.

A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.

Margaret Ann Clark

January 7, 2014 - Leave a Condolence

“Lolli” Margaret Ann Clark, passed away Tuesday, January 7^th at St. Joseph’s Hospital. After dealing with pain and illness for nearly four years, she passed peacefully that morning.

Born on August 1^st, 1949 in Newport News, Virginia, she is survived by her sister, Johnnie Parker, her daughter, Shelby Nicholson, her granddaughter, Taylor, her son, Rance Clark, and her husband, Larry Clark. Lolli was a very compassionate woman, being quick with a laugh and always ready to prepare a meal for those who needed it. Her passions led her to serving her community, whether it was First Christian Church, Urban Hope, or a coat drive.

Memorial Services will be 2pm Monday, January 13^th, at First Christian Church on 711 E. Victory Drive. Savannah, GA 31405. In lieu of flowers, the family has asked for donations to First Christian Church’s organ fund, or donations of coats and warm clothing for the coat drive.
