Vernon Russell Iler, 77, died peacefully on January 10, 2022 at his home surrounded by his loving family. Vernon was in the grocery business from 1962 through 1987. He was a devoted husband, father and an awesome Papa.

But knowing you are in heaven with all the Angels our hearts with be calm. Three sisters will miss you forever. May God bless your family to cherish the memories of you. Your dear wife and children are all broken but knowing you are out of pain maybe can ease the pain. May you Rest In Peace we love you dear brother,
l knew Vernon about my whole life, fished every time we could get to the river. vernon was my friend and buddy he will be missed may GOD bless his family at this time.
Vernon, it has been a while since I last saw you,but I will never forget your kind,gentle heart,or your little half side smile. Now you are at peace. You will certainly be missed by everyone. Your cousin,Trish.❤️
Barbara I am so sorry for your loss and wish that I could be there with you-please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers as I know what you ate going through having lost a wife and child! God’s grace is sufficient hope to eventually see you when I return to Savannah!
