
Carolyn Jean Ledford passed away Saturday February 8, 2025 at the age of 68 after an extended illness.
She was born on January 20, 1957 in Roanoke Virginia daughter of the late James R. Cadd and Betty Beckner. She had a love for dancing and performed with the Georgia Peaches Dance team. Riding motorcycles was her passion but was most proud of being a mother and grandmother, her family was everything to her.
She is survived by her husband Terry Ledford, sister Joyce Melki Troutville, VA, sons Joseph, Welch, Christopher Harper, daughter Jeanna Harper, granddaughters Ashley Lucas, and Veronica Harper, grandsons Dylan Murray, Alan Murray, Adrian Breedlove, granddaughters Bailey Carter, Haley Welch and several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Memorial Service will be held at 2:00pm on Monday, February 17, 2025, at Bloomingdale Community Church, 501 West Highway 80, Bloomingdale, GA. Inurnment will take place at the Beaufort National Cemetery, Beaufort SC on Tuesday February 18, 2025.
