Amy Gorman Eubank, 52, died Friday, November 27, 2020, with her family by her side in Savannah, Georgia.
She was born September 11, 1968, in Savannah to Richard and Nancy Gorman. Her father was a Mortgage Banker in Savannah. Her mother recently retired as a Receptionist at Compassion Christian Church.

Amy loved to be on the water – from swimming at the Wilmington Island Park Pool, to boating on the rivers around Savannah, to enjoying the beach at Tybee Island. As a part of the Class of 1986, she attended Calvary Baptist Day School and enjoyed cheering for the Cavalier football and basketball teams. She attended college at David Lipscomb University in Nashville, TN.

Professionally, Amy spent several years in mortgage banking, education, and most recently real estate. She devoted 12 years of her life to serving and surviving the kindergarteners of Richmond Hill Primary School. Her most recent venture as a realtor allowed her to discover a passion and a gifting that blessed many new homeowners throughout the region.

She was an active member of Compassion Christian Church and volunteered alongside of her mother and two of her kids on the Sunday morning Welcome Team.

Her favorite treats included Chick-fil-A, Diet Dr. Pepper, Big Red Gum, Carey Hillard’s, Heath Bars, chewy ice, and Coke Icees from Parkers. She enjoyed watching scary movies and making people laugh on Facebook. More than anything else, she devoted her time, love and attention to her three children and her mother.

Amy is survived by her children, Tad, Emma and Kieffer Eubank; mother, Nancy Gorman; brother, Rich Gorman; sister-in-law, Dori Gorman; nieces, Charis and Nia Gorman; and extended family throughout the Savannah area, Louisiana, Alabama, and South Carolina.

She was preceded in death by her father, Richard Gorman, Sr.

Arrangements are with Families First Funeral Care & Cremation Center.
With the help of Compassion Christian Church, a memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 5, 2020 at 4:00 PM at J.F. Gregory Park, 521 Cedar St, Richmond Hill, GA.

Concerning the Memorial Service, please bring your own chair to sit on at the park. Due to COVID-19, out of care for the ongoing health of Amy’s family, and per orders from the Richmond Hill Mayor’s office, everyone must wear a mask and practice social distancing while at the park. A rain decision will be made by 12noon on Saturday. In the event of rain, the memorial service will be postponed to Sunday. All updates will be posted on her daughter’s Facebook page at facebook.com/emma.eubank.9

Amy loved her children more than anything in this world. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made at either paypal.me/Love4Amy or gofundme.com/f/kicking-cancer-with-amy-eubank.
