Sylvester Wright
To the Williams Family,
It is with a heavy heart and profound love, that I extend my deepest condolences on the passing of my nephew, Anthony Tennell Williams, Sr.
Anthony was more than family—he was a reflection of our shared legacy, shaped by the steadfast love of his mother, Carmen Elizabeth, and the nurturing presence of my own mother, Elizabeth Louise.
I believe together, they raised him with the kind of wisdom and devotion that became the compass for his honorable life.
Anthony embodied service, not just in uniform as a decorated Army veteran, but in every act of kindness, dependability, and care he showed to those around him.
I can attest that was a loving husband to Renata, a proud father to Anthony Jr. and Ananda, and a light to many whose lives he touched.
While our hearts grieve his absence, we hold fast to the truth that his spirit remains deeply woven into the fabric of our family.
The Bible says in Psalms 30:12, “weeping may endure for a moment, but joy comes in the morning” and in Psalm 147:3, “He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.”
May God’s grace cover us in this time of sorrow, and may we honor (Tony’s) legacy by living with the same courage, compassion, and love he so freely gave.
With prayerful remembrance,
Uncle Jackie- Rev. Sylvester Wright-
