Condolences for the family of “Barbara Brannen”

Condolence from Shirley Brannen Slater on June 20th, 2017 10:59 pm

Barbara was my sister and one of the sweetest people. She was always so kind and had a heart of gold. God took her way to soon but needed her smiling face to light up heaven. She will be so missed by me and my family. I prayed so very hard for her to get well but it was not to be. God had other plans for her. She had been sick so long and fought such a long battle with illnesses that her body was tired. Barbara you will always be with me in my heart forever and I loved you with my every being but of course you knew that. God please bless my dear sister Barbara and hold her in your loving arms until we meet again.

Shirley I know that our sister is in heaven where she is supposed to be because of all the things she did for our parents. I know I am not there but in spirit I am but I apologize for not being there. She will always be with me in my heart and I will love her forever!

Dear Larry: Lynne Lane, Paula Tilley and Dale Russell send our heart felt condolences to you and her family. We love Barbara so much. Working with her was such a pleasure. She was so funny and such a caring person.
We truly enjoyed being around her everyday! God did get a beautiful Angel when he called her home. You all are in our prayers. God bless you Larry for taking care of our friend.

Condolence from Linda Cooper on June 22nd, 2017 4:12 pm

Shirley, Mary and family: I am so sorry to hear of Barbara’s passing. As the baby of the family, she was much too young to leave you but…we have to trust in God’s divine plan and I know she is in a better place. I remember Barbara as a teenager when she used to come visit you when you lived beside Momma in Ardmore. She was such a pretty girl and was always smiling. I know she will be missed by all! One of God’s greatest gifts is memories and I don’t think our loved ones ever really leave us because they live on through our memories. May you all be comforted by God’s grace! Sending love and peace to all of you!
