Benjamin Clarence Singleton, Jr., age 56, of Savannah died Tuesday, November 8th, 2016 at Hospice Savannah.
Born in Miami, Florida to Benjamin Clarence Singleton, Sr. and Clara Bell Grant Singleton. He was in the roofing industry for many years.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Cassandra Singleton.
Surviving are his daughter, Monifa Gregory (Jerome) of Warner Robins, son, Benjamin McIver of Savannah, daughter, Anitra McIver of Savannah, five sisters, Patricia Heyward (Herbert) of Savannah, Albertha Singleton Brown of Savannah, Clarissa Walker of Statesboro, Lena Woolford of Savannah, Pamela Golden of Savannah, nine grandchildren, three great grandchildren, three aunts, Ernestine Singleton, Louise Douglas, Ophelia Grant, two uncles, Joseph Singleton, Willie Grant, a host of newphews, nieces and other relatives and his significant other, Sharon Travis.
Arrangements will be private.

God chose to take you home to be with Him. He loan you to us for a season, it was your appointment you had to meet. We love you dearly, but God loves you more. Sleep and take your rest. Hey cousin…I miss him everyday as well. He was my only uncle and it still feel like a dream to me.
Hey my favorite uncle. Not a day go by that I dont think about u. Lord know this pain hurt me so much inside. I would be selfish to say that I wish u was here because I know u had to endure so much pain. The lord promise to heal u and he did exactly that he healed u on the other side of life. I love u unk…when u left apart of me left with u…I love u but the good lord loved u more. So rest on unk…we know u in the loving arms of the good lord.
