
Benjamin Morgan Walker, also known as “BJ” or “Benji”, passed away on January 3, 2024 at Hospice of Savannah at the age of 64. He was born in Macon, Georgia and resided in Midway, GA. BJ was always willing to lend a helping hand and would give you the shirt off his back if needed.
BJ is survived by his children: Ashley Walker (Kristin) of Dawson, GA, Benjamin Walker (Nikki) of White, GA and Staci Walker (Blake) Darien, GA and his grandchildren Mary Rysse Walker, Blake Kathryn Walker, Madison Claire Walker, Colson Truett Walker, and Emersyn Pearl Stephens and many friends that loved him dearly. BJ was preceded in death by his father, Benjamin Franklin Walker, his mother, Betty Jo Walker, and his sister, Diane Toole all of Macon, GA.
Throughout his life, BJ pursued a career as a mechanic and auto body specialist. He had a natural talent for fixing cars and took great pride in his work. In his free time, BJ enjoyed playing the guitar and was a talented musician. He had a true passion for music and always found joy in sharing his talent with others. BJ was known for his vibrant personality and his ability to have a good time wherever he went.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be given to Hospice Savannah at 1352 Eisenhower Dr, Savannah, GA 31406.
May Benjamin Morgan Walker, or BJ as he was affectionately known, rest in peace. His memory will forever be cherished by all those who knew and loved him.
