He was born in Savannah, GA on June 16, 1955 to late Essie Mae Virginia Jones and the late Jerome E Jones. A proud graduate of Alfred Ely Beach High School. Mr. Turner went on to attend Savannah Technical College where he studied mechanical engineering. He was also known for his ability to pull an engine out in a day. Cardell’s racing car abilities was awesome as well. He won many trophies, awards, and monetary Prizes well over twenty years. He lived a great life doing what he loved the most; Cars. He was very family oriented and loved spending time with family members in and away home.
