Carl was a wonderful man, and my heart goes out to his family. As a fellow Surveyor, I knew Carl to be a man of integrity and honor. He was a great Surveyor as well. He was always ready to share information, and was very generous by referring his Clients to me and others. We are all better off having known Carl Jackson.
