Carol Culleton Sweet, of Savannah, GA passed away on November 4, 2015 at Hospice Savannah.
She was born October 30, 1943 in Lincoln, IL, and lived in the Chicago, IL and Hudson, OH areas. She was preceded in death by her parents, Eileen and George Culleton, and brother, Carson Culleton.
She leaves behind her loving daughter, Alexis Sweet, of Savannah, GA and sister Carleen Culleton, of Chicago, IL, as well as many friends and family. She was a graduate of Stephens College in Columbia, MO. She dedicated much of her life to programs and charities focused on youth education and animal protection.
Remembrances may be made to the Humane Society of Greater Savannah. 7215 Sallie Mood Drive, Savannah, GA 31406.
A memorial will be held November 15, 2015 at Brockington Hall in Savannah, GA from 2-4pm. A memorial will be held in Lincoln, IL in the spring of 2016.
