Carolyn Denise Graham, beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away peacefully on Friday, August 14th, 2026, at the age of 66. Born on Tuesday, July 19th, 1960, in Savannah, Georgia, Carolyn dedicated her life to the service of others both personally and professionally.
Raised in Savannah, Carolyn embraced the values of kindness and compassion, reflected in her lifelong career as a Certified Nursing Assistant. Her commitment and care for her patients left an indelible mark on many lives, and her gentle spirit was a source of comfort and strength to those who knew her.
Carolyn’s cherished memory lives on through her devoted husband, Tommy Graham; her two loving children, David and Melanie, who inherited her compassion and warmth; and her eight treasured grandchildren, who brought an abundance of joy to her life.
Carolyn was preceded in death by her dear parents, Willie and Ernestine Drayton.
Carolyn enjoyed painting and growing flowers. She will be profoundly missed, but her spirit lives on in the love she leaves with her family and friends.
