Charly Craig Phillips, age 73, of Pooler passed away Wednesday, February 8th, 2017 at Bryan County Health and Rehab.
Born in Richmond Hill to Thomas Charles Phillips and Gertrude Carter Phillips. He was a man of many talents and was a beloved husband, father, grandfather and brother.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his brothers, multiple sisters, and son, John David Phillips.
Surviving are his wife of 52 years, Sherill McLamb Phillips, sons, Charles Craig Phillips, Jr., Timothy Phillips and wife Melissa, his grandson, Michael Phillips, his sisters, Pauline Kersey and Alice Morgan, many nieces, nephews including, Lisa Monroe, Robin Crosby and Sherry Youmans, and other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be Saturday, February 11th, 2017 from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm at Central Baptist Church, 4010 Old Louisville Rd Garden City, Georgia 31408. Funeral Services will be held at 1:30 pm at the church. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Abbey – West.
