David Solomons, 57, of Bloomingdale, Georgia, passed on July 18, 2023. David was born on October 11, 1965. He
attended Effinngham Schools, he was a Boy Scout, and he became a volunteer firefighter for a short time. He was a ‘Jack-of-All Trades” and one great painter. He loved to fish and always talked about hunting. He spent his days working with his hands and relaxing with his buddies on the weekends. He loved to spoil his grandkids, and he helped out everyone he could. David is survived by his mother, Nancy Solomons, his son, Joshua David Solomons (Kayla), sister Becky Solomons Spikes (Dennis), and brothers, Joe Solomons (Darlina) and Mike Solomons (Deborah), grandchildren, Malachi, Marlena, and Matthius, nephews and nieces and numerous cousins. David was predeceased by his dad, Moses Joseph Solomons Jr. and Grandson Magnus A’lijah Solomons.
The visitation will be held at Church of Christ, at 1952 Noel C Conway Road, Guyton, GA 31312, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am, July 25, 2023. The funeral service will be held at Church of Christ following visitation at 11:00 am. The burial will be at Bonaventure Cemetery.
The funeral services are entrusted to Families First Funeral Care.

I was so very saddened to hear of David’s passing.
I will always have the greatest memories of playing Uno by the fence in your parents from yard.
So many great memories..too many to mention.
A funny memory here…David always did his famous “dying cocroach” dive in the family pool and it was hilarious beyond belief.
He always made me laugh and had a stellar sense of humor.
He will be missed greatly…indeed.
