Connie Lynn Permenter Kipe, age 62, of Savannah passed away Sunday, November 9th, 2014 at Memorial Health University Medical Center .
A native of Bryan County, she was the daughter of Charles Permenter and Grace Vance Permenter.
Preceded in death by her father, Connie is survived by her mother, her husband Rex Kipe and one son, Gary Robert Kipe (Jillian) of Savannah.
Services will be private.

I enjoyed hanging out with Connie for many, many years; she was a wonderful friend! I will always think of her when I look at the stain glass art piece she made for my dad. I hope Rex, Gary & her other family/friends have comfort from their fond memories of Connie.
