Daphne Hester Lynn, age 63, of Savannah, passed away on Saturday, June 6, surrounded by her daughter and husband.
Born on July 25, 1956, Daphne is preceded in death by her beloved parents, Ramona and Gordon Hester, her brothers LaRue Hester and Victor Hester, and her many pugs over the years.
A devoted wife, selfless mom, and beloved friend to her many regulars and coworkers at Larry’s Restaurant, Daphne is survived by her daughter, Courtney Hester, and husband, Harold Lynn, stepson Douglas Lynn, stepdaughter Makayla Lynn, step-grandson Christopher Michael Lynn, and soulmate-on-four-legs Louie the Chihuahua.
The family wants to extend their sincerest appreciation to the doctors, nurses, and staff of Hospice Savannah.
A private graveside memorial will be held with close family and friends on Friday, June 12, 2020, at 2:30 PM at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
