Debra “Debbie” “Nana” Wainwright of Savannah, Georgia died at the age of 69 on Thursday October 20th, 2022.

Debra was born and raised in Savannah. She was a proud mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt, and friend. She will always be remembered for her laughter and ability to always have a great time, laugh, and smile – no matter the circumstances. Debra had a special relationship with anyone that she knew and if you had the chance to be close to her, you were lucky.

Her parents Eva and Hilary Calhoun, along with her brother, Robert Calhoun of Savannah, proceeded her in death.

She is survived by her two daughters, Julie Wainwright and Tina Chaney. Six grandkids, Hilary, Noah, Cheryl, Cameron, Skylar, and Caden. Six great-grandchildren, Delaney, Liam, Tristan, Everley, Finley, and Elliot. As well as her nephew Christopher Price, and several other nieces and nephews.
