My sincere condolences to the Thompson family in the loss of their love one , Mr. Don Thompson. Don and I grew up in the Tatemville neighborhood together and we would play basketball on the park for days. Don was an extraordinary basketball player. He invented the 3 point perimeter shot even before it was established officially. He played for the Beach High Bulldogs where he was an outstanding player. Don was a friend and will be truly missed.
