Dad,
I love you to the moon and back. I loved how when I couldn’t sleep, you would let me play with your hair until I fell asleep. I loved when we went fishing and when you bought my first sewing machine. You were so proud when I won 2nd place in the fair for my projects. I had a rough patch and you had no choice to push me to get better. You made it to see me get sober. I will not fall off the wagon. This only shows me just how strong the storm may be, that I can withstand anything. I miss you so very much. But I know, you will send me signs to let me know you are still near. I love you to the moon and back. Catch a big one for me!
(grandson) Alex
pappy,
Even though I don’t have alot of memories of you, you will always be with me no matter what I go through. Through my rough days and through my best days I know u will watch over me and be by my side to help me with the pain and problems I shall receive from anyone. You were always supportive and loving. You had a big heart pappy and I wish I could hear your voice one last time. I hope you are watching me when I walk across the stage and I hope you and everyone else will be cheering me on. I love you pappy from this day till the end of time, I will make you proud pappy I promise.

Words can not express the sorrow that we feel with the passing of Donnie. Such a gentle and loving soul who always sought the bright side of every situation. He was a true friend who will be missed. Our prayers are with the family for God’s peace to be with them as they mourn and learn to adjust to their new family dynamic. God Bless you, Chrissy and your family.
