Edgar Watkins Sr., age 80, of Guyton, died Tuesday, August 13, 2019, at Memorial Health University Medical Center.
Born January 28, 1939, in Birmingham, Alabama, he was the son of Atherine Hooks. He relocated to Miami Florida, in 1964. He worked at Skychef for thirty years, as a catering manager. He spent finial days in Savannah GA.
He was preceded in death by his wife Joan Ross Watkins.
Surviving is his two children’s Ladez Watkins and Edgar Watkins Jr, (daughter-in-law Tynia Watkins), his grandchildren, Jonai Perry, Erielle Watkins, Kaylee Watkins, Tevon Gordon, Tehraja Owens.
He was a devoted father and grandfather. He was a man that took care of his family and loved his family with all his heart. He will always be loved!
