I miss you. I wish I could call you one last time. Thank you for raising another kid when you thought you had done it for the last time already. I love you.

I just found out. I am so sorry baby. I know you love her so much and it really hit you hard. She knows that you love her. I promise that meant everything to her. Keep her in your heart and remember the good times. Love you.

While my heart hurts, I can’t help but smile thinking about who she was. She was sharp-tongued, sarcastic, blunt in a way only she could pull off, and she told the truth even when no one asked for it. Her humor and honesty were her signatures, and they made our family stronger. I’ll miss her jokes, her bold spirit, and the love she hid beneath all that attitude. May she rest in peace and keep everyone laughing on the other side. You will forever be missed.

Thank you to the woman who not only raised my best friend as her own child, but was always willing to be a Grandma to everyone she met in passing. The world lost a beautiful soul, but her kindness and influence will live on in those who knew her. Rest in peace

I’m so glad I got to meet her, even if it was just once. Her sarcasm and love for my best friend will never be forgotten. I know she is watching over everyone and making sure they’re being cared for the way she cared for them. She left an impact on everyone she met, including me . Rest in peace grandma.

I didn’t have the honor of meeting her, but even then, I saw the love and care that glowed from her through Sam. Rest in peace, you are cherished.

Comforting prayers to the family. Will always have fond ( tho sometimes shocking!) memories of times we spent together at the apartments. Never known another quite like Bert.

There could never be another Bert. I miss you already. Thank you for being such a wonderful and loving person. Although not blood you told everyone otherwise, and they better not test you on it. Thank you for loving my 2 babies like your own grands. I never wanted this day to come. My family will forever remember and love you.

Prayers for the family and friends. I worked with Bert. She was definitely one of a kind. If she liked you, she would fight like a mama bear for you. If she didn’t like you, she had no problem telling you where you stood. She will be missed. She was a true friend.
