Mrs. Faye Alice Williams Davis, age 68, of Savannah, passed away Saturday, July 19th, 2014 at Memorial Health University Medical Center.
A native of Pembroke, she was the daughter of Hezron and Vernese Haynes Williams. Mrs. Davis was employed with the Bryan County and Chatham County Boards of Education as a 3rd Grade Teacher.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband, Wilbert Davis; two daughters and one son, Kimberly Coles (Antwan), of Savannah, Marcus Davis (Erica), of Liberia, Africa, and Claretha Baker (Larry), of Savannah; grandchildren, Donovan and Jaiden Coles, Amya Baker and Larry Baker, III; her mother; five sisters and one brother, Patricia Pursley (Glen), of Knoxville, TN
Ida Mae Koyi, of Savannah, Delmus Williams (Jaunita), of Savannah, Francine West (Charles), of Savannah, Janner Wilson (Walter), of New Orleans, LA, and Margaret Lee Oglesby (Lavon), of Savannah; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
The family will receive friends Friday, July 25th from 5 to 7 PM at Families First Funeral Care & Cremation Center and on Saturday, July 26th from 10 to 11 AM at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 2015 Mills B. Lane Blvd, Savannah. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, July 26th, at 11:00 AM in The Kingdom Hall, with interment to follow at Magnolia Memorial Park.
