Frances (Frankie) Carter Williams, 68, passed away on January 8, 2024.
Frankie was preceded in death by her husband Larry Williams; and daughter Amanda, sisters Jean Olliff, Pat Jeffers, Joyce Cooper; and brother Stanley Carter
Survivors include her son Larry Williams Jr., sister Linda Butterworth’s; brothers Jesse Carter, Jackie Carter, Dennis Carter; and Timmy Carter several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She will be missed by all of her family and friends .
There is no plan for a service.
