So sorry for your loss. I remember Gert from Lake Worth CRC. She was always busy with church and family and neiborhood families. A truly lovely lady.

Mrs. Scheeringa was a big part of my childhood on Crestwood. She was my next door neighbor and a good one. I am sorry to hear this news and I will be praying for her family. She was a very devoted mother and I know she will be missed so much. Love, Terri

Our condolences to the Scheeringa Family. Aunt Gert was the best hostess there ever was. I remember staying at your house as a kid, and even stopping by as adults ( in Lake Worth) and I think it took your mom an hour to prepare a delicious dinner including fresh baked pie! And the kitchen was not even messy!
She certainly made us feel welcome. She seemed to never sit still:)
May you all be blessed as you grieve her loss, remember the times you spent together and be still and know that she is with Jesus.
