I lost a good friend and mentor in Howard. He took me under his wing and showed me how things were done at Hunter Army Airfield. We were avid dart plays and we enjoyed that a lot. I will miss him.

I grew up with Howard and remember feeling sad the day he went into the air force. As the years past I lost contact with him. I have many fond memories of him and I am sad to hear of his passing. I pray for his family and love ones that he left behind. May God give them all peace that goes beyond human understanding at this time of sadness.
