Hugo Hendrix died at the age of 29 after a short illness.
He is survived by his father, Kenneth Hendrix, his mother April Hendrix Kammerud (Betsy), and his brother, John Michael Hendrix. He is also survived by his grandparents, Mary and Lloye Wynn, and Anne Hendrix. He will be missed by many others including his partner Niko Belle and special friend Aura Belle as well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations in Hugo’s name to Friends of Oatland Island or the First City Pride Center.

Condolences for the family of “Hugo Hendrix”
Hugo’s far-reaching kindness and generosity of spirit will never be forgotten. He brought so much color to the world; some of it leaves with him, but most lives on, shared by all those whose lives he touched.
You really couldn’t ask for a sweeter guy.
I love you, man. I’m sorry I wasn’t there. I’ll remember all the times we laughed and joked about weird stuff and stories together. You were a really sweet, kind person, and the world is worse off for losing you. It was great to meet you, and I am glad for the time we did get together, online and off. I hope we meet again someday.
Too young to die, too fat to live.
