Irma Zell Ruggles was born in Hampton, Virginia and was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and sister. She was a dedicated Medical Biller in the healthcare industry for over 20 years and was an active member in her church. She had a welcoming spirit and a passion for helping others. She is survived by her spouse Mr. Roger Ruggles, her eldest son Eric Boyd, her three daughters Lakita Long, Ashley Neal, Miesha Ash and their spouses, her youngest son Allen Carter and a host of grandchildren, family members and cherished friends.

The services will be held at Families First Funeral Care on Saturday, August 10, 2024 at 11:00 AM. Viewing will be from 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM prior to the funeral service.
