Jean R. Bell, 86, passed away peacefully at Savannah Hospice on February 15, 2025 after a short illness. Jean was born in Savannah, Georgia on April 2, 1938.
She graduated from Richard Arnold High School and worked for Southern Bell for over 30 years, retiring in 1993. Jean spent the remaining years of her life spending time with her family and friends and watching her favorite old movies and television shows.
Jean is preceded in death by her parents, Prince and Dorothy Riggs, and her son, Brian Scott Bell.
Jean is survived her son Craig Bell and his wife Jeanmarie, grandchildren Christopher Bell and Christin (Ali) Dudelston, great grandchildren Alan Bell, Gulia Bell, Aiden Dudelston, Juliette Dudelston, and her brother Robert Riggs and his wife Linda.
