Kimberly found joy in life’s simple pleasures; NASCAR, spending time by the ocean, the river, concerts, and dirt track racing. She loved making memories with family and friends and never missed an opportunity to have a good time. Above all, Kim was a devoted grandmother and caregiver. For the last 14 years, she has dedicated herself wholeheartedly to raising and caring for her grandchildren, a role unforgettable and cherished beyond measure. Kim was the person who would show up without any hesitation when anyone needed her. She had a sense when she was needed and showed up without being asked. Kim was fiercely strong, fiercely protective, and unwavering loyal to those she loved. She stood up for her family without hesitation and faced life’s challenges with remarkable courage and determination. Her love was unconditional, her spirit unbreakable, and she always put the needs of those she loved before her own. Her unwavering devotion, generous heart, fierce strength, and enduring love will be remembered by all who were blessed to know her.
She was preceded in death by her father Gary S. Williams, her grandmother Lillian Jefferson, her stepmother Paula J. Williams, and her brother Josh R. Townsend CPL U.S. Marines. Survivors include her children: Dustin Ramey (Xander and Jaxson), Victoria Ramey (Trinity, Raven, Zoey, Anastasia, and Jonathan), Sharyl Rizzo (Preston, Vallorie, and Elijah), and Hunter Scott (Lillian). Her sister Julie Aiken (Sophie), mother and stepfather Deborah and Todd Steele, her uncle Steve Williams (Dakota), and other cousins and aunts.
