Lena Conner Liggett, 88, passed away peacefully at home with her family by her side on Wednesday, May 13, 2020.
She was a member of First Assembly of God for many years. She was a loving and caring mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and aunt.
She leaves behind a wonderful, Godly legacy for her family and everyone who knew her.
She was preceded by her husband David Lee Liggett Sr. after 66 years of marriage.
Surviving is her son David L Liggett Jr. (Celeste), her daughter, Karen L Thornburg (Jeff), five grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Private graveside at a later date at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.

I can only think of sweet kind
Memories of mrs Lena and mr. Liggett.They were very good loving christian people who loved me and welcome me in their home ,on vacations and walk me down the asle when i got married. I will always remember and be ever grateful for their kindness as i was growing up.Love and Prayers, Patricia Bradley.
