In Loving Memory of Lily Cox Lily Cox, age 71, passed away peacefully surrounded by the love of her family. Born on March 11, 1955, in Hollywood, Florida, Lily lived a life filled with laughter, love, and devotion to those she cherished most.
Lily later made her home in Savannah, Georgia, where she built lasting friendships and created countless memories with family and loved ones. She was known for her kind heart, quick wit, and spirited personality. Lily had a gift for playful banter and never missed an opportunity for good-natured teasing. Her sense of humor brought joy and laughter to everyone around her, and her presence could brighten even the most difficult days.
Lily was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Loretta and Charles Mckissick, and by her loving husband, Randy Cox, whom she cherished deeply throughout her life.
She leaves behind a loving family who will forever treasure her memory, including her daughter, Krista Brown; her sons, Lawrence Brown (Annie) and Michael Mckissick ; sister Donna ;as well as extended family members and many dear friends whose lives were enriched by her love, kindness and friendship.
Family was the center of Lily’s world. She treasured every moment spent with her childrenĀ and found happiness in the simple joys of life. Whether sharing stories, laughing with loved ones, or engaging in her signature playful teasing, Lily had a way of making everyone feel welcome and loved.
Lily will be remembered for her warmth, resilience, sense of humor, and unwavering devotion to her family. Her laughter was contagious, her love was unconditional, and her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
Though our hearts are heavy with sorrow, we find comfort in the memories she leaves behind and in the countless ways she touched our lives.
Lily will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who knew and loved her.

The first time I met Lily she scared the crap out of me. Lol she was so strong willed and she loved everyone of us girls that was around and she wasn’t afraid to put us in our place and make us walk a straight line.
