
Lynda Goff Howard, 74, passed away peacefully on January 29, 2026, in Savannah, Georgia.
Lynda was born in Tifton, Georgia on December 12, 1951 to the late Mr. Richmond Earl Goff Sr. and Wynelle Adams Goff. In 1982, she married the love of her life, Jack Howard, and together they began their family in Sylvester, Georgia where she lived most of her life.
Lynda dedicated her career to serving others as a Paramedic and 911 Dispatcher, roles she truly loved and took great pride in. Her compassion, calm presence, and commitment to helping others touched countless lives. Above all, she adored her daughters and grandchildren and had a special gift for making everyone feel like family.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Jack Howard; her parents, Richmond Earl Sr. and Wynelle Adams; her sister, Kathy Corley; and Sister-in-Law Janet.
Survivors include her daughters, Leigh Anne Moore (Joe) of Port Wentworth, Georgia, and Jaclyn Price of Port Wentworth, Georgia; her grandchildren, Kendahl and Chandler Price of Damascus, Georgia, Haley Derryberry (Holden) of Dothan, Alabama; her brother, Richie of the Mount Pleasant Community; and many beloved nieces and nephews.
Arrangements will be announced at a later date for a celebration of life to be held in Sylvester, Georgia.
