Marvin Beckett, age 85, of Savannah passed away Sunday, January 18th, 2015.
Born May 29th, 1929, he was a native of Estill, South Carolina.
Mr. Beckett was a faithful worker for many years with Chatham Steel and was a member of True Believers Holy Prayer Ministries Unto the Lord for All People. His last words were spoken praying the Lord’s Prayer with his loving wife.
Preceded in death by his baby sister Catherine Williams, his brother, Broderick Beckett, sister, Bernice Beckett and oldest sister, Olivet Beckett, he is survived by his faithful and beloved wife Mary Louise Beckett, and a host of nieces & nephews, other family and friends.
Funeral Services will be held Saturday, January 24th, 2015 1:00 P.M. from the Abundant Life Deliverance Center with Apostle Scottie Mitchell officiating. .
