Mary Ruth Whited, age 85, passed away Saturday, February 5, 2022 at Legacy at Savannah Quarters.
Born in Akron, Ohio, she was the daughter of Arthur Heaton, and Sarah Trivett Heaton.
Surviving are her daughters, Theresa Fleming (David) and Tonya Hooks (Lance); grandchildren, Brenton Hooks (Delaina) and their children, Marina Hooks and Luna Hooks; Tyler Hooks (Megan) and their children, Layla Hooks and Tyler Hooks, Jr., Alexander Hooks (Emily); Ryan Fleming (Sarah Kathryn) and their children, Reid Fleming and Lucy Jane Fleming, Jessica Fleming Francois (Brandon) and their children, Logan Francois and (Coming Soon!) Baby Girl Francois.
Graveside Services will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, February 11, 2022 in Hillcrest Abbey Memorial Park, West, Garden City, Georgia.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, February 12, 2022 at New Life Fellowship, 12915 White Bluff Road, Savannah. Georgia.

So sorry for your loss…but happy for those greeting her in Heaven….especially Jesus, Frank and her little boy. If possible I’m sure lots of friends and relatives who love her too. My heart is heavy for each of you. My love and prayers for all. Mary
So sorry for your loss. Happy for Aunt Ruth to be greeted in Heaven by Jesus, Uncle Frank and their little son. I know you will all miss her….but one day we will have a great reunion. My love and sympathy for each of you.
I am so sorry for your loss. I will always remember Ruthie’s smile; she always made feel that she was happy to see me. I look forward to seeing her and her smile again in Glory.
