Michael Perez, Sr. passed away on Friday September 3, 2021, at Memorial Health University Medical Center.
Mike was born on March 15, 1974, in Hartford, Connecticut to Dionisia Aceveda and Max Perez. He was employed at O’Reilly Auto Parts in Garden City.
Preceded in death by his mother Dionisia (February 4th, 1950- July 1st, 2016), he is survived by his six children, Melissa Perez, Michael Perez, Jr., Destiny Perez, Isaiah Perez, Kyla Perez, &Tristan Watts; wife, Jessica Perez; three grandchildren, Giamarco Yecguanchuy, Naomi Yecguanchuy Perez, Malachi Perez; brothers, George Perez,
Moises Perez, Lisandro Acevedo; sisters; Nereida Perez, Gladys Acevedo; and his father, Max Perez.
The family will receive friends on Monday, September 6, 2021 from 3:00 to 4:00 PM in the Chapel of Families First Funeral Care with Funeral Service to follow at 4:00 PM.
