To Audrey, Monica, Metrea & family;
My heartfelt condolences to all of you. Hearing the news about Mike passing was a shock, but he gave his all battling his medical issues. I remember the last time I saw him at Mother’s house, he had put on some weight, looking good, and not letting anything slow him down. If you knew Mike, you knew he was proud, opinionated, knowledgeable, stern, loving and a big ‘Teddy Bear’ to his “bonus” children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was also a loving brother-in-law and uncle to our family. We will miss you dearly ‘Daddy Mike’, as we affectionately called you. You fought a good fight, You finished the course, now take your rest in the loving arms of Jehovah.
Peace & Blessings,
The Brown, Patterson, Simmons & Stripling Families

Thank you all for sharing Mike and accepting us as your extended family. Cherish the precious memories and legacy that Mike leaves behind. May the Lord give you comfort, strength, peace and understanding as the days go by. Our prayers are with all of you as you prepare to say ‘Until we meet again’ to your patriarch. I would like to leave a prayer for Michael’s family. In support of his son.
Lord, At the start of each day, help us to recognize you above all else. Enlighten the eyes of our hearts that we might see you and notice how you’re at work through our lives. Give us wisdom to make the best choices, fill us with a desire to seek after you more than anything else in this world. Let your Spirit and power breathe in us, through us, again, fresh and new. Thank you that you are greater than anything we may face in our day. Thank you that your presence goes with us and that your joy is never dependent on our circumstances, but it is our true and lasting strength, no matter what we’re up against. We ask that your peace lead us, that it would guard our hearts and minds in you. We ask for your grace to cover our lives this day. We love you Lord…we need you.

To Michelle, Audrey and family, please know you all are in my thoughts and prayers. Brother Brown was a kind man and I always look forward to seeing him at the meetings. Now I look forward to seeing him in Paradise. Continue to rely on Jehovah and his son Jesus Christ and I know he will give you that power beyond what’s normal to cope. Much love to you all. Tracy
