It is with great sadness that we announce the recent passing of Noble James (Jim) Raines, 73, in Savannah, GA on December 18, 2025.
He was born on December 19, 1951 in Dayton, Ohio to Noble Theodore and Betty Jane Raines.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Noble and Betty Raines.
Jim is survived by his wife of 46 years, Kyong (Ann) Suk Raines; his daughters Christine Raines Bartlam (Jared) and TJ Raines; his brother Jeffrey Raines; his sister Toni Hinkle; grandsons Brooks and Grant Bartlam.
Jim was a beloved husband, father and brother. Jim was a veteran of the United States Army, his military record included 18 years of service to his country.
Donations can be made to Wounded Warriors Project or any Veterans charitable organization in his honor.
The family will have a celebration of life early next year.
