
Patricia “Pat” “Susie” Charlene Smith. She passed unexpectedly on February 19th, 2025. Pat was born in Kansas City, Kansas on May 3rd, 1957. She was a long-time adventurer who joined the Army National Guard in 1977-1978 shortly after graduating from Fordyce High School in 1975. She spent her adulthood travelling through and living in
many different states. Later in life, she attended Pulaski Technical College where she completed
a General Studies Program in 2010 and received her Associate of Arts in 2011. In her recent
years, she resided in Savannah, Georgia with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Though she faced many struggles through life’s challenges, Pat let her enthusiasm and faith
shine. She spent her time caring for cats, laughing with her family, and worshipping in church.
Pat was preceded in death by her parents (Charles and Particia L. Reeves), her husband
(Curtis Frazier), and her sister (Alice Whittenburg).
She is survived by her siblings (Donna
Reeves, Wendy White, and Patrick Reeves), her children (Kimberly Blackwell and Richard
Reeves), her grandchildren (Skylor Blackwell, Cheyenne Blackwell, Jacob Blackwell, Elijah
Reeves, and Hannah Reeves), and her great-grandchildren (Payson and Ryleigh Blackwell).
Pat’s widespread love and light will live on through the loved ones she has touched. Her money
and impacts will never be forgotten.
A memorial service will be held Saturday February 23, 2025; 11:00AM at Families First Funeral Care Chapel.
