Phillip Roy Neugent

Oct. 7, 1983-March 7, 2016

 

Hearts are broken, tears have fallen and the Sun may never shine as bright for many, as we have lost a beloved son, father, brother, companion, and friend. Phillip will live forever in our hearts.

 

Survivors include his father, Roy Neugent, mother, Lisa Neugent, step-mother, Jennifer Wright; sisters, Erin Neugent, Siera Ruth and Jessicah Wright; brother-in-law Dennis Ruth and brother-in-law Brian Gross; son, Phillip Childers-Neugent and daughter, Teanza Chiders-Neugent; his partner and the mother of his children, Tacia Carter, and countless other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, March 12th from 2:00 to 3:00 P.M. at Bloomingdale Fellowship Church. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, March 12th, 2016 at 3:00 pm at Bloomingdale Fellowship Church.
