Mr. Raymond “Sonny” Ephram Duncan, age 63, of Ellabell passed away Monday, February 4th, 2019 at Memorial Health University Medical Center.
Born in Poplarville, Mississippi, he was the son of JW and Joan Duncan. He worked for many years for Union Camp and then moved into construction. He was an avid NASCAR fan and a God-fearing man. Mr. Duncan was a member of Olive Branch Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his father, JW Duncan and his sister Mary Anne Ramsey.
Survivors include his wife, Pamela Blair Duncan, four step-children, Weldon R. Smith (Bud), Jason E. Smith, Jeremy S. Smith and Daniel R. Ricci; his mother, Joan Elaine Duncan, his brother, Billy Duncan, his daughters, Kristie Leigh Mefford (Brian), Dawn Marie Duncan, Tina Rae Rocha (Robbie), his grandchildren, Dylan Duncan, Camila Orduna, Kayla Bivens, Kelsey Bivens, Jason Andrew Bivens, Ashton Raymond, Wyatt Mefford, Kaidance Mefford, Gaige Rocha, Madisyn Rocha, and a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends Thursday, February 7th, 2019 from 5 – 7 pm at Families First Funeral Care. Funeral Services will be held, Friday, February 8th, 2019 at 2 pm at Olive Branch Baptist Church. Burial will follow at the Olive Branch Baptist Church Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family to help with the cost of services.
