
Richard Arlan Kyall Sr., 89, passed away on March 12, 2025, peacefully surrounded by family.
Born to Wilbur H. Kyall and Gracie Mae Kyall, Richard led a life filled with faith, service, and love.
A proud veteran, Richard served in the United States Air Force National Security, demonstrating a strong sense of duty to his country. He later pursued a fulfilling career as an electrician, retiring from the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW). Richard was a man of deep faith who cherished reading his Bible and attending church, which were central to his life. He found great joy in spending time with his family and was passionate about traveling with his loved ones. Richard is preceded in death by his beloved wife of 58 years, Carolyn Elizabeth Kyall; two brothers; and one sister.
He leaves behind his loving wife, Sandra K. Kyall; daughters, Jacqueline E. Rice and Pamela K. Lamb (Alan); son, Richard Arlan Kyall II (Amy); two bonus children, Gina Campbell (Scott) and Tracy Hart; and a wonderful group of grandchildren: Amanda (Kevin), Jessica (Daniel), Brittany (Dusty), Tony (Karla), and Chris (Tiffany). Additionally, he is survived by two bonus grandchildren, Braden and McKinley, as well as seven great-grandchildren: Caden, Sophia, Jade, Makenna, Caroline, Peyton, and Katie.
The family is holding a Memorial Service Saturday March 15, 11:30am at Faulkville Baptist Church, 144 Zeigler Road, Bloomingdale, GA.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Heart Association or Faulkville Baptist Church, organizations that were dear to Richard’s heart.
He will be greatly missed, but his legacy of faith, service, and love will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
