
Richard ”Dickey” Everett Taylor Jr age 57, passed away on May 7, 2025
He was the son of father Richard Everett Taylor Sr. and his mother Christy Sharp.
Richard was a person that loved life and helped others to achieve their goals. He was an Owner of a Construction Company for 30 years. Richard graduated with his GED.
Survivors include his significant other Linda Napier of 34 years, his aunt & uncle Paulette and Paul comfort and the two children Bob and Jason, aunt and uncle Terrylee & Beverly Roland & their child Terri Rowland and her child India, his stepdaughter Amanda Avery, his aunt Sheryl Crosby and Uncle Donald Kniphfer & their child Wendy kniphfer & and her two children Brooklyn & John Kniphfer, and his aunt Jean Taylor.
A Funeral service will be held on Saturday May the 17,2025. The service time will be at 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. The place of service is South Newington Baptist Church 543 John Carter road Bloomingdale Georgia 31302 with his ashes. Families First Funeral Care & Cremation Center Cemetery Garden City, Dean Forest road, Ga. were in charge of his arrangements.

Our family is very devastated by the loss of my only nephew Dickey Taylor. He was certainly a person with love of his family and he loved life to the fullest. His laughter and love for the family will surely be missed . We know Dickey is in a better place and free from pain now in Jesus’s arms.
