Robert Eugene Allen Sr., was born May 16, 1951 in Thompson Falls, Montana. He passed away at home on May 16, 2023. His family moved to Port Wentworth, GA when he was a boy. His father was a truck driver and he often went on trips with him. These trips with his father made a profound impact on his life and he would reminisce about his adventures.
He was succeeded in death by his parents John E Allen Sr and Doris Allen (Holloway), his brother John E Allen Jr, and his sister Kathy Collins. He leaves behind his wife Linda Allen, his 5 children Robert E Allen Jr (Shacia Davis), Jennifer Allen (Ozell Fields), John B Allen (Vicki Allen), Jason E Brown (Kiana E Brown), and Daniel R Allen, his siblings Carolyn Stevens and Tommy Allen, as well as several nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was a skilled carpenter, often creating masterpieces that were indestructible, immovable, and solid to the core- matching his personality and character. Bobby was caring, selfless, and always placed others and their needs before his own. He will be missed, but his impact on the people around him will not be forgotten.
