Robert passed away peacefully from this life Saturday, October 22nd after a gradual decline in health. He was surrounded and supported by his loving family and caregivers during the last days of his life.

Robert was born January 14, 1977 in Boston, Massachusetts to the late, Robert Sr and Dorothy Cardoza. Robert attended Chatham County Public Schools and received his GED from Job Corps in Atlanta, Georgia. Robert later received his Commercial Truck Driving certification from Savannah Technical College and was employed by Swift Trucking Company prior to becoming ill. Known for his huge sense of humor and his remarkable artistic abilities, Robert will be dearly missed by all those that knew him.

Robert is survived by sisters; Lynnette (Kevin) Williams and Michelle Campbell, step sisters; Courtney (David) Jones, Latoya Foster and Tonya Foster, step brother; Maurice Foster, uncles, Peter Johnson, Ernest Cardoza, Philip Cardoza, nieces; Kaylynn, Kennedy, Ashanti, Danielle, Ke’Ivy, Jea’Nea, Markayla, Malaysia, and Ta’Nyua and nephews; Kevin and Amiel, as well as a host of other relatives.

Memorial services will be held on Saturday, October 29, 2016 at 1 pm at First Friendship Missionary Baptist Church, 506 Hamilton Court, Savannah, Georgia 31401.
