My heart is heavy at the going home of my precious niece. However, I know that I will see her again in the future. Sherry fought a very hard battle to be able to stay here with her loved ones but her savior had better plans for her. Do not cry for her but have sorrow for those she left behind. May God comfort them as no other can. Aunte Sara

Sherry, we will miss you so much! I always enjoyed getting to visit with you and every time we came to see you, you always fixed us such a good meal! Ya’ll, this woman could cook!! You were the sister that I always wanted! I always wished that we lived closer to you so we could hang out more! The few vacations that we went on together were so much fun!Your brother and I had so many plans to include you, Julie and Jacob when you got well! I always enjoyed the phone conversations and you always wanted to know what I was baking. Im glad that you were able to taste my carrot cake on your last Christmas Day! I am so happy that we were able to spend your last Christmas with you, Julie and Jacob! We love you so much Sherry! We are going to miss you, my sister! Your brother tells the story of how he was working on your car and you were googling and telling him exactly how to fix it, Lol. AL though that was so funny. Tell everyone in Heaven that we love them and will see all of you soon! REST IN PEACE MY SWEET SISTER!

I am filled with sorrow upon hearing of the passing of my cherished friend, Sherry, a friendship that has endured for decades, beginning in the 1970s. Sherry’s presence in my life as a young mother was invaluable, as she would assist me and offer her support in my new role. Those memories are truly irreplaceable. Although life led us down different paths, our recent reconnection was a treasured opportunity to rekindle our bond. My heart goes out to her family, whom she loved so deeply, and I offer my fervent prayers for her sons, sister, brothers, other family members and friends in this difficult time. May she rest in peace, and may perpetual light be her eternal companion. May the souls of all the faithful departed find peace through the mercy of God, and may eternal light shine upon them.

Nothing can truly separate us from our loved ones. Not even death, for our Heavenly Father promises that there will be a “resurrection of…the righteous…” Acts 24:15. May knowing this help you all to endure.
