Condolences for the family of “Sherrye Winkler”

Condolence from Carmen Howell on January 13th, 2022 5:50 am

My condolences to the family. I worked with Sherrye at Georgia Regional Hospital. She was wonderful person, nurse and friend. She help mold me into the nurse that I am. She worked hard and insisted that everyone around her did the same. She was straight forward and pulled no punches. She said what she meant and meant what she said. She made costumes for my boys for the Ga day parade and made them a Christmas sweets platter every year. We could go for months and not talk but when we did it was like we never missed a beat ,we would talk on the phone for hours. I will miss talking to her and hearing her say “Okay love ya girl bye”.
