Soay LaTorre, age 72, went to be with the Lord on January 3, 2023. She was born in Ubon, Thailand and migrated to America in 1972.
She is survived by her son, Michael LaTorre (Kelly), and her granddaughter, Taylor LaTorre. She was also blessed with many extended family members and friends.
Soay loved to spend her time with her family and friends. She was an avid fisherman and would go every chance she could. She also enjoyed gardening and crocheting. She was a loving and caring soul that will be missed by everyone that knew her.
Details of a memorial service have not been set at this time.

Condolences for the family of “Soay LaTorre”
Soay, Joe and I spent many days fishing. Soay almost always out did us catching the most. But we always enjoyed sharing our fish stories and time together.
Ms. Soay was a true friend. She was always there for me when I needed her. She loved my kids and took them fishing. I loved just sitting outside with her and just talking..It was an honor and a pleasure to have her in our lives. RIP MY SWEET FRIEND ♥️♥️
I loved her so much. She was my best friend. She was was a great cook and taut me how to eat right. She loved me and I loved her. She was the best person I have ever known. I will always think of her. God loved her so much. She’s in heaven having the time of her life.
