Tammy Annell Cowan

Posted By Families Firstcare On March 24, 2023 @ 7:56 am In Obituaries | 16 Comments

Tammy was a dedicated mother first and foremost. She treasured her children and embraced every moment with them. Her number one priority was to ensure their happiness and to give them the best childhood possible. There was nothing she wouldn’t do to provide for her children. She always put her family first over everything.

When she became a grandmother it unlocked a different level of love in her. She truly lived up to the phrase “Best Grandma Ever.” She loved her two grandchildren Alicia and Lily, and cherished every second with them. She always wanted girls but she was blessed with boys, so when this was bestowed upon her she was overwhelmed with joy. She loved doing their hair, dressing them up, and having little tea parties. One thing she use to say is “A girl can never have too many shoes”. She spoiled them with more love than a child could ever ask for.

Tammy created friendships everywhere she went. She had a bright personality and an aura around her that was very welcoming. Some of her close friends she considered her second family and always took care and looked out for them.

Tammy is survived by her mother Mary Ann Burnham, two Brothers, Gerald Parmer and Shane Burnham, two Sisters, Gwen Smith and Missy Coy, three Children, Jordan Little, Konner Sauer, John Henry Cowan III, and her two grandchildren, Alicia and Lilyanna Little.

Tammy will always be loved and deeply missed. Heaven has truly gained and angel.

Wow I’m heartbroken to hear this we just talked on Facebook a couple of days ago. I will never forget working with you overnights at Murphy’s. Remember the speaker I found well at least I thought it was a speaker but it wasn’t lol we really got a good laugh over that. I will never forget you and how crazy you were. I couldn’t make it overnight working without you. Sending prayers to the family and friends 💔
