Toni I was shocked when I tried to reconnect with you and discovered you have left us, especially since I reached out to you and talked to you a few days before you passed away. The world seems so empty without you, but I believe you are with God, and your parting was for the best. I will never forget you, and as long as I am alive you will always have a place in my heart. I believe we will meet again. Until then, my precious friend, peace be with you.

My condolences to the family and friends of Tonia. She was a bright and wonderful person, I will miss that North Carolina accent she had in her voice. She was funny and charismatic, may she live bright in the hearts and memories that she touched. May she remind us that it’s not how long you live, but what you do with the precious time you are given. Like a Star, she shines bright in that glimpse of time

I can’t believe that Tonia is dead. I just found out on Facebook looking for her. She was my first friend when I moved to Savannah as a soldier in 2010. Showed me around the city, took me to my first apartment. Lost her contact when I moved to Korea. My prayers are with the family left behind.
